Soham-based author’s transformational story explored in new book
Personal transformation coach Caz Landon has written about her journey from corporate executive to life coach in There She Glows Volume III, a new collection of inspiring and empowering stories of women all over the world in pursuit of their dreams, purpose and potential.
Caz, who had worked at HP Autonomy and University of Cambridge International Examinations (where she was international marketing manager), left her corporate lifestyle to go on a worldwide spiritual pilgrimage to “reclaim her power and embark on a mission of a lifetime”.
In There She Glows she explores how she set up her company, Soul Searcherz, which offers sessions and courses to “release stress, nurture self-love and self-care, set healthy boundaries, transcend limiting beliefs, build confidence, overcome fear, cultivate positive behavioural qualities, tune into intuition and higher self and find what’s joyful and meaningful”.
Caz is a master energy alchemy and intuitive life coach, recognised by the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring (IAPC&M), and also a qualified meditation teacher and reiki master.
Based in Soham, she is one of 12 contributors to the new book. In it she describes how, after leaving the corporate sector, she embarked on a world-wide pilgrimage to discover how other cultures celebrate and develop wisdom and wellbeing. Along the way she experienced cactus ceremonies at retreats with shamen in the Amazon jungle, and joined meditation and yoga retreats in New Zealand, Australia, Vietnam, Thailand and India. She writes about the lessons learned in the book, and how those lessons can be of use to others.
She also visited numerous sacred sites, listened to discourses by the 14th Dalai Lama at his home in the Himalayas, meditated under the famous Bodhi tree in Bodh Gaya where Buddha attained enlightenment, and along the way “deepened her spiritual practice and connection with her higher self and prepared herself more fully to support other fellow soul searchers on their own journeys of transformation and growth”.
She shares with readers what she has learned through decades of soul searching, facing fears, developing courage, overcoming self-doubt and personal transformation.
Caz said: “I’m delighted to be part of this collaboration book and so excited it has achieved Amazon Best Seller in nine categories including inspirational spirituality, personal transformation, psychology of creativity & genius, and business development & entrepreneurship.
“I am honoured to have collaborated with such amazing women from around the world. My hope is that my story and the story of the other inspirational women I have co-authored this book with will inspire individuals to unleash their unique and limitless potential in order to live the life of their dreams.”
The 12 co-authors were brought together by Lucy Crane and Stacey Knight-Jones who are the leaders of the Glow Society, a life coach certification and training company.
