Ironworks on Mill Road – a joint project between multi award-winning housebuilder Hill and Cambridge City Council – is a collection of individually-crafted homes offering 21st-century living in an area proud of its industrial heritage.

Only an eight-minute walk from Cambridge railway station, the new apartment and houses are located is an area abuzz with independent cafés, restaurants and shops.

Ironworks comprises 238 new studios, one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses in total, of which half are available to buy – the other half are available to rent through Cambridge City Council. All the new homes combine bold and contemporary design to complement the aesthetics of Mill Road.

The distinctive look of Ironworks is set to enhance the local area, seamlessly blending in with its surroundings while retaining an edgy design that makes a statement of individuality as much as its community does.

A new community centre and two commercial / café space are also part of Ironworks, as is the new on-site neighbourhood park: Eagle Park, which incorporates a large play area, rainwater gardens and green open spaces.

Foundry Gardens is an additional open space providing beautiful amenity spaces for the local community.

The doors to the Ironworks sales office will open Sunday, October 13.
