All four tried to escape when they saw police and Patrocinio attempted to hide a bundle of cash in the grass.

Dumbia and Patrocinio were apprehended and police found a further £370 on Patrocinio and £890 on Dumbia.

Back at the station, officers searched the men.

Dumbia admitted to having drugs hidden in his rectum, but attempted to flush the 89 wraps of crack cocaine down the toilet. This led to three officers being assaulted and covered in faeces.

At Cambridge Crown Court on Monday, Dumbia, 19, of Ballantay Terrace, Glasgow, was sentenced to 20 months in prison after pleading guilty to possession with intent to supply crack cocaine, conspiring to supply cocaine, three counts of assaulting an emergency worker, criminal damage and acquire/use/possess criminal property.

“There is no place for drug dealing in Cambridgeshire.”
