Two arrests as dead pigeons with swastikas carved into their chests found in St Neots High Street




Two people have been arrested after two dead pigeons with swastikas carved into their chests were found in St Neots.

A 21-year-old woman from Baldock and a 23-year-old man from Chatteris were arrested by officers from the Huntingdonshire neighbourhood team on suspicion of racial/religious public order.

Police were called on Tuesday, August 22 following reports that the birds had been found in the High Street with the Nazi symbols on their bodies.

The force said on August 30 that they remained in custody.
