James Heath, 45, and Helen Heath, 36, both of Queens Close, Harston, have been charged with two counts of assisting an offender, being concerned in the supply of heroin and being concerned in the supply of cocaine.

They are both due to appear at Cambridge Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, February 16.

Three boys, aged 14, 14 and 17, who were arrested in connection with Jesse’s murder on November 19 have had their bail cancelled and there will be no further action.

Jesse died of a single stab wound to the chest near Logan’s Meadow, Cambridge, on November 19.

On January 6, two 16-year-olds, arrested in South London, appeared at Cambridge Crown Court and pleaded not guilty to the murder of Jesse.

They were remanded in custody and are due to stand trial on July 31 at Huntingdon Crown Court.
