Watch bodycam footage as knife-wielding man threatens police officer in Cambridge - and see his arrest by armed officers

A knife-wielding man who threatened to kill a police officer who was pursuing him through Cambridge has been jailed for two years.

Bodycam footage has been released of the incident involving Aaron Muxlow, 34, including his eventual arrested by armed officers.

Officers had been called to an incident in which Muxlow abused his ex-partner at her home in Campkin Road, King’s Hedges, at about 9am on Friday, 11 October.

Muxlow was being aggressive and had pulled a video doorbell off a wall.

When police found him in Nunn’s Way, he pulled a large kitchen knife from his waistband and threatened one of the officers.

Muxlow was arrested by armed officers outside a medical centre in Pippin Drive at about 2.30pm the same day.
