Win a table for 10 to fabulous black tie ball in Cambridgeshire worth £1,000
Would you like to win a table for 10 to a black tie ball - worth £1,000?
This fantastic prize promises a night to remember for our winner - whether it’s celebrating the festive season with colleagues, or enjoying a social occasion with friends and family.
The prize is for Property Angels Foundation’s Annual Angels Ball, being held on Saturday, December 10, and you have until 3pm on Friday, December 2 to enter. Entertainment, dinner and dancing will be on offer.
Estate agent Gavin Human, regional partner in Cambridgeshire for Exquisite Home, has bought a table for 10 that he would generously like to give away as a prize to help raise the profile of the Property Angels Foundation.
The Property Angels Foundation supports families affected by domestic abuse throughout St Neots, Huntingdon, St Ives and the surrounding villages.
It was established by Joanne Noonan, Natalie Brookman and Caroline Deeprose of St Neots-based estate agents Noonan Property Services during the pandemic, when cases of domestic abuse soared dramatically.
They decided to set it up after a meeting in December 2020 when they discovered that domestic abuse had affected many of their colleagues at some point in their life.
Gavin said: “Having recently recorded a podcast with Joanne and Natalie, who set up the foundation during lockdown, it made me realise what a truly amazing job they are doing.
“I want to spread the word of the work they do and also highlight that there is local help for those that need it. If by offering the tickets in a free prize draw in your newspaper, puts the phone number and the work that the Property Angels do, in front of someone that needs help and advice, then I would be over the moon.
“In these challenging times, things are most likely going to get worse for many in vulnerable position over the festive season.”
The Property Angels Foundation works with organisations such as the local NHS social prescribing teams, Cambridge/Peterborough Women's Aid, Mid Cambs Refuge and the Cambridgeshire Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Partnership, plus other specialist support agencies, providing families with 'back to life' support.
You can find out more about them, or access their help, by visiting https://propertyangelsfoundation.org/.
