Witness appeal after woman seriously injured in collision in Cambridge

A woman in her 60s was left with serious injuries after being struck by a car on a pedestrian crossing in Cambridge.
The collision happened at about 9.15am on Wednesday, October 5, at the crossing in Elizabeth Way between the Milton Road and Chesterton Road roundabouts.
The woman was using the crossing when she was struck by a white car, causing serious but not life-threatening injuries. It is believed the driver stopped for a moment before driving away.
