Tom Keen has smashed the seven-year-old British junior 1,500m record.

The Cambridge & Coleridge athlete was racing for England at the Indoor Classic in Vienna, and had a race to remember.

He finished in 3min 41.44sec to take third place in the race, and eclipse the previous British best of 3.42.87 set by Matt McLaughlin in 2013.

Holly Archer achieved a personal best at the Boston University Lehane Scarle and White Invite in the US.

The C&C athlete ran the mile in 4.36.87 to finish third, as Ocean State’s Millie Paladino won in 4.36.52 and Atlanta’s Julie Wilson was second in 4.36.74.

Marc Scott also had success Stateside, winning the 3,000m in the UW Invitational in Seattle in 7.49.65.
