Mason Spence makes move to Cambridge City

Defender completes switch from Biggleswade Town

Mason Spence has joined Cambridge City ahead of their FA Cup preliminary clash with Stamford.

The 22-year-old full-back, who can also play in midfield, has arrived from Biggleswade Town.

Spence had only signed for the Waders in the summer from Hitchin Town, having previously played for Dunstable, Chelmsford, Hayes & Yeading and St Neots.

Spence also featured for Wales under-19s during the 2012/13 campaign.

City face Stamford at home on Friday (August 18) night.
