Premier League side Brighton & Hove Albion Under-21s join Cambridge United, Barnet and Luton Town in Vertu Trophy Southern Group H




Cambridge United will take on Brighton & Hove Albion Under-21s in the group stages of the 2025/26 Vertu Trophy.

Yesterday, the U’s were placed in Southern Group H alongside League One outfit Luton Town and newly-promoted League Two side Barnet.

And the trio have now been joined by the Seagulls’ youngsters, with the competition set to start during the first week of September.

Every match in the upcoming campaign’s Vertu Trophy will be screened live on Sky Sports.

Cambridge advanced beyond the group stages last season before being knocked out in the second round by Cheltenham Town, who they will face on the opening day of the new League Two season.
