And Fraser Dingwall making good progress with England at World Rugby Under-20 Championships
Rob Conquest had a moment to savour for England Counties on their tour of Romania.
The Cambridge second row and clubmate Matt Hema are part of the representative squad in their three-match series in eastern Europe.
Centre Hema started the first game of the tour, a 41-17 win over CSM Bucharest, while Conquest was among the replacements.
In their second match, England Counties faced Romania under-23s last night (Tuesday) and the roles were reversed, with Conquest on from the start and Hema on the bench.
England had a 12-5 lead at half time, and after the break, Conquest pounced for the fourth try to make it 26-5.
They went on to add two more tries to seal a 40-5 win.
England Counties’ final match on tour is against Romania A on Friday (June 8).
Meanwhile, Cambridge-based Fraser Dingwall has enjoyed a good start to the World Rugby Under-20 Championship in France.
The Northampton Saints youngster has played both matches as England beat Argentina 39-18 and Italy 43-5 to sit top of the group ahead of a clash with Scotland tomorrow.
