The so-so weather couldn't stop some 20,000 people descending on Childerley Orchard near Cambridge over the weekend (June 18-19) for Strawberries & Creem 2022.

Ludacris, Mabel, Knucks, Tion Wayne, David Rodigan, Children of Zeus and many more were in the star-studded line-up – a line-up which boasted a diverse range of genres, from the best in hip-hop, UK rap and afrobeats to R&B, neo-soul, reggae, house, drum and bass, dancehall and soca.

Ms Banks brought her sharp wordplay and energy, while Kenny Allstar had the crowd going wild as he brought the iconic Potter Payper to the stage. Tion Wayne got all hands in the air during his set, including bringing out some huge special guests – including In for the Kill singer La Roux, M24 and A1 x J1.
Knucks proved his status as one of the UK’s most exciting rap talents, and Mabel showed her chart-topping prowess with hits including Don’t Call Me Up and Finders Keepers. Iconic afrobeats party-starters NSG then wrapped up the weekend in style.

Strawberries & Creem festival director William Young said: “It was fantastic to be back at the beautiful Childerley Orchard for another memorable weekend – from the world-class talent on the line-up, to our incredible partners and the crowd, who brought such high energy all weekend.
