Cambridge-based guitarist Daniela Rossi to participate in online guitar festival
Cambridge-based classical guitarist Daniela Rossi will be taking part once again in this year’s Classical Minds Festival.
The festival, which this year is online, runs from April 9 to April 11 and Daniela will be teaching as well as performing. She says: “We did it last year in person – it was actually the last festival in which we all managed to participate.
“There will be master classes, workshops, recitals. It will be on Zoom and the concerts will be on YouTube Premiere.”
Daniela adds: “The lessons have ensemble music, guitar orchestra, theory, composition, so it’s quite complete.”
The three-day event costs £75, and as part of that you will receive a private lesson from one of the musicians and participate in workshops and technique classes - and will also get to observe, among other things, the masterclasses.
Other musicians taking part include Jeremy Garcia, Mathew James, Eleanor Kelly, and Valerie Hartzell.
