Cambridge Folk Club to host pre-folk festival concert

The Cambridge Folk Club, upstairs at the Golden Hind pub on Milton Road, is hosting a pre-festival showcase on Friday, June 29
The four acts the club has chosen to play in the Cambridge Folk Festival Club Tent on Friday, August 3 are to feature.
They are duo Three Years Younger, Chris Fox, Thursday’s Band and Freddie Hall. Three Years Younger are two sisters from Suffolk.
They will kick things off at 8pm, and will be followed by Thursday’s Band half an hour later. After a break at 9.15pm, singer-songwriter and guitarist Chris Fox will take the stage at 9.45pm.
Closing the show will be Freddie Hall, an American singer who has performed with the likes of The Temptations.
