Cambridgeshire Indian restaurants honoured at Prestige Curry Awards 2024




Two Indian restaurants from Cambridgeshire have been recognised at the 2024 Prestige Curry Awards.

Taj Street Kitchen, the Indian street food restaurant in St Ives, was crowned Best Takeaway of the Year 2024 at the awards ceremony on 21 October at the Grand Hilton Watford Hotel, while Cambridge-based Indian restaurant Golpo took home the prize for Best Restaurant Concept 2024.

Amin Syed, founder of Taj Street Kitchen, said: “We are incredibly honoured and humbled to receive this prestigious recognition, especially as we only opened on 15 May 2024.
