Cambridgeshire’s Strawberries & Creem Festival announces Burna Boy as new 2021 headliner
Summer festival Strawberries & Creem has announced its phase two line-up, with Burna Boy and more artists added.
Grammy-winning Nigerian songwriter, singer and rapper Burna Boy headlines the two-day event at Childerley Orchard, Cambridge - the festival’s new home - joining PartyNextDoor, Bugzy Malone, Koffee, Pa Salieu, Miraa May, DigDat and many more.
Added to the Dance Stage is rapidly-rising DJ/producer talent Alisha (local Cambridgeshire star) who’ll bring her own style to the party. She joins big-hitting house & techno royalty Honey Dijon, Denis Sulta, Mall Grab, Archie Hamilton, Jasper James, Moxie and lots more.
Bringing the carnival vibes to Cambridge is a new Carnival Float stage, in partnership with Clarks Originals. Curated by all-female DJ collective Girls Can’t DJ, this stage will fill the festival with the sounds of Soca & Dancehall – telling the story of British Caribbeans, from London’s iconic Notting Hill Carnival to the untold stories from communities across the UK.
Powered by a selection of GCDJ's finest DJs, such as Henrie, Taylah Elaine, Izzy Bossy, and GCDJ founder Jordss, this will showcase some of the UK’s brightest emerging DJ talent.
Camping has also been announced, offered for the first time as the festival scales up to a full weekend. Limited pre-pitched tents are now available to book via Tangerine Fields.
Strawberries & Creem is scheduled for the weekend Saturday, September 18-Sunday, September 19.
