Meanwhile, from 12-4pm over the weekend, the Knights Park festive market will take place for the third year in the grounds of the Hyatt Centric/Turing Locke Hotel. Thirty local, independent stallholders will offer bespoke arts, crafts and tasty goods from local, independent traders.

Visitors will have the opportunity to win a luxury hamper, with each stallholder contributing to the prize, which will be given away in a raffle.

All proceeds will be donated to homelessness charity Jimmy’s Cambridge.

Anyone can take part by donating a minimum of £2 and following instructions on the JustGiving page (tinyurl.com/3rzr5ebf).
