Enjoy the last few days of Cambridge’s North Pole

There are just a couple of days left to enjoy the North Pole attraction in Cambridge.

Parker’s Piece is currently home to fairground-style rides, an ice rink, a big wheel and the UK’s biggest ice slide – and it was captured in a stunning aerial photograph above, courtesy of SkyTech Cambridge, a professional drone company based in Northstowe.

Noah Winfield, rink manager – who previously told the Cambridge Independent how surprised he was at just how busy the rink had been as soon as it opened on November 19 – said: “The return of the North Pole has been a huge success in the region.

“It’s been great to see the joy the ice rink and attractions have given visitors throughout the season.”
