Further acts announced for the Cambridge Club Festival 2024: Natasha Bedingfield, D-Train, Rebecca Ferguson and more

The Cambridge Club has announced more acts coming to Childerley Orchard for the weekend of 7-9 June, from renowned musicians, to popular comedians.

Noughties pop sensation Natasha Bedingfield joins the main stage on Friday, 7 June – alongside UK Jessie Ware and Melanie C – to complete the bill for the opening night.

Further acts added include D-Train, the early-80s, boogie-soul funk band responsible for the number one club hit You're the One for Me, who join the main stage on Saturday, 8 June to support Incognito, The Family Stone, Sister Sledge and Earth, Wind & Fire Experience.

X Factor runner-up Rebecca Ferguson will be performing her brand of soul music on Sunday, 9 June – preceding Soul II Soul, Gabrielle, and the mighty Chaka Khan on the bill.

Over on the Discovery Den dance stage, the festival will welcome Mousse T. With a career that spans more than three decades, Mousse T is a pioneer in house music and one of the most respected proponents of the genre.

Meanwhile, The Auditorium of Intrigue will host some of the country’s top comedy stars and entertainment show panellists, centred in the apple orchard.

The festival continues to offer its luxury glamping experience located right next to picturesque meadows –plus pre-pitched and bring-your-tent, space for campervans, and enhanced parking on-site.

Speaking ahead of the announcement, The Cambridge Club’s head of marketing Sam Mellor said: “We were already super happy with the line-up this year, but it gets even better with these additions.

“It’s always been about cultivating a fun, feel-good atmosphere – and nothing beats disco and dance-influenced music for that purpose.

“We’ve got acts from across the eras, so there’s something to groove to for all age groups. Plus keeping the weekend varied with the comedy content, tickling the taste buds with the food offering, and entertaining the whole family with our kids’ activities.

“We feel The Cambridge Club has now got everything a modern festival should have, with its own unique identity. We can’t wait to share it with everyone this summer. Come join the Club with us in June!”
