In pictures: Let’s Go Circular sustainability festival at Grand Arcade is a hive of activity
There has been a host of activities at the third annual Let’s Go Circular, the Grand Arcade’s flagship sustainability event, which runs until Sunday (10 November).
The event aims to teach attendees how they can implement circular economic initiatives into their daily lives through interactive workshops and pop-ups.
Following the success of the past two years, at which the workshops sold out, this year’s event featured extended dates to accommodate a broader range of activities for visitors.
Julie Kervadec, Grand Arcade’s marketing manager, said: “We are thrilled with the success of Let’s Go Circular at Grand Arcade, which offered such a diverse array of workshops for our visitors.
“From upcycling to repairing sessions, a ‘Climate Fresk’ to understand climate change, activities about carbon footprint and wildlife regeneration impact, swap and pre-loved fashion pop-ups, the objective was to share, learn and connect around the principles of a circular economy.
“It was inspiring to see our community come together and engage with this crucial topic.
“Winning recent awards for this event reinforces our commitment to lead the way in showcasing sustainable shopping practices and circular initiatives.
“We can all play a part, as individuals or businesses, in making a greener future possible.”
