This year’s Battle of Britain Air Show at Imperial War Museum Duxford attracted 33,082 visitors over the weekend (14-15 September).
Highlights included an RAF Falcons parachute display, an RAF Avro Lancaster and an RAF Typhoon.
IWM air show event manager, Phil Hood, said: “This year’s Battle of Britain Air Show was a real show-stopping event – from the thundering Typhoon to the mesmerising site of the mass Spitfire and Hurricane flypast, seeing the blue skies over Duxford filled with such a spectacular array of aircraft is always a very special site to behold.
“We’d like to thank all the pilots and ground entertainment for their participation and, of course, the visitors for creating such a fun atmosphere.
“We are looking forward to our final event of the flying season with the Flying Finale on Saturday, 4 October, and are already working hard on plans for our 2025 season and look forward to seeing returning and new visitors to all these fantastic events.”
