Inside the refurbished Prince Regent pub in Cambridge
Popular Cambridge pub The Prince Regent is welcoming back guests following a six figure refurbishment.
Located on Regent Street in the heart of the city, the pub’s recent refurbishment has transformed it with a fresh colour palette consisting of shades of warm red and cream, a modernised bar, brand new furniture, and new additions to the menu. There is also a spacious beer garden and undercover heated seating areas, as well as a conservatory.
New dishes too include a shin & rib beef burger and a new-and-improved Sunday Roast, with new beef dripping gravy, cauliflower cheese, seasoned greens, and carrots. The pub has also expanded its vegan offering, introducing the Beyond Meat® plant-based burger.
As well as food, the pub will also be introducing a hand-picked wine range including English wines such as Fitz English Sparking, New Apple Dog, a new beer from local Cambridge brewery BrewBoard, new socially responsible soft drinks from LemonAid and Belu Water, as well as a house ale – Prince’s Pale Ale.
Matt Holland, general manager at The Prince Regent, said: “The Prince Regent has always been a popular pub with a brilliant atmosphere, and we can’t wait to show our regulars and new customers alike the stunning refurb and welcome them back in for a much-needed pint!”
