Shake Shack Cambridge offers free burgers to celebrate opening

American fast food chain Shake Shack will be opening a new Shack in Cambridge tomorrow (Thursday, 12 June) at 12pm, and members of the public are invited.

Guests are encouraged to queue early to join the celebration, with the first 100 in line receiving a free ShackBurger or ’Shroom Burger.

Shake Shack will also be hosting a custard cart in the Lion Yard atrium, where guests can enjoy complimentary mini shakes and pick up free fries’ vouchers throughout the day, while supplies last.

The new branch will also unveil a mural by Beatriz Lostalé, a UK-based Spanish illustrator.

Her artwork celebrates Cambridge’s iconic green spaces and community life, blending the city’s landmarks and parks with Shake Shack elements in a colourful design.
