Up and coming Cambridge band Limited Time to release new single this week
The quartet, which formed in the summer of 2014, will release Sign Here on Friday, November 23.
Starting out with Toby Robson (vocals/guitar), James Dorsett (bass) and Alfie Brading (drums) and a fourth member who subsequently left, the band has been heavily influenced by Green Day.
Continuing as a three-piece for a while, in 2017 the trio became a foursome once more with lead guitarist Rowan Tall joining the lineup.
In June of that year, the band – whose members hail from Cambridge’s surrounding villages, including Cambourne and Comberton – played their first gig at a local football club.
Originally called ‘Subsonix’, in 2017 they also changed their name to Limited Time.
The group started writing their own material, recording their first single – Individuality – at the end of last year, releasing it on January 5, 2018.
In June this year, Limited Time put out their first EP. This self-titled effort contains five songs, including Individuality as well as four other new tracks.
Sign Here, which is not on the EP, is an enjoyable and youthful burst of melodious pop/rock, which should see the band continue to grow their fanbase.
