Ward Thomas to preview track from their new album tomorrow in Cambridge




The popular duo, made up of twins Catherine and Lizzy Ward Thomas, will be in the Fopp Records music store on Sidney Street at 10am.

In celebration of their new album, Restless Minds, being released, country duo Ward Thomas are travelling to 15 different cities in the UK in three days to play a track from the new record.

The pair, whose album is out today (February 8), will be in Guildford, Bassingstoke, Southampton, Bath, Bristol and Oxford today, and then Cambridge, Leicester, Leamington Spa, Liverpool and Manchester tomorrow (Saturday, February 9).

They will then travel to Leeds, York, Newcastle and Glasgow on Sunday (February 10).

Exactly where and when these events are taking place has been decided by their fans.

A sprawling 15-song collection written in Nashville, London and Hampshire, the twins worked on the album with previous collaborators, Jessica Sharman, Rebekah Powell and Martin Terefe (Shawn Mendes), in addition to Ed Drewitt (Little Mix), Rachel Furner (Craig David) and Steve Robson (Paloma Faith).

Restless Minds was produced by Martin Terefe and Joe Rubel (Ed Sheeran).

Later this month, Ward Thomas will embark on a UK tour, which will stop off at The Junction in Cambridge on Friday, March 1.
