Wine expert Bert Blaize to host one-off wine tasting event at the University Arms Hotel in Cambridge

Norfolk-based wine expert and drinks writer Bert Blaize is to host a one-off wine tasting event in the library at the University Arms Hotel in Cambridge next Thursday (18 April).

Bert, the co-author of Which Wine When, will lead a detailed tasting session aimed at educating guests and imbuing them with confidence in choosing wines that complement their favourite foods.

Bert said: “By thoughtfully pairing food and wine, you can enhance the already exceptional qualities of both, achieving an elevated level of deliciousness.

“What many don’t appreciate is that this doesn’t need to involve extra expense or effort.”
