LEARN MOREJoining jazz vocalist Zoe Francis at Stapleford Granary this Saturday (May 21) will be Jim Mullen (guitar), Gareth Williams (piano) and Adam King (bass).
Born in London, Zoe learned her craft in New York, initially with Barry Harris and then by singing in small Manhattan venues with musicians such as Harry Allen and Joe Cohn.
She returned to the UK and established herself on the London jazz scene with her first album Looking for a Boy. Zoe’s new album Blue Town is a selection of bittersweet songs, the lyrics of which capture human moods.
The album features multi-award winning guitarist Jim Mullen, together with Ross Stanley on Hammond organ. Music performed at the concert will include classic standards in fresh arrangements. For more information and to book tickets, visit https://bit.ly/3NeppSy.
